Participants agree to release the business, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the facility, its equipment, or participating in its programs.

Participants agree to abide by all of the business' rules and safety guidelines, including any instructions provided by staff, to minimize risk and ensure a safe environment.

n case of injury, participants authorize the business to seek medical treatment or emergency care as deemed necessary.

If participants use their own equipment, they accept full responsibility for its safety and suitability, relieving the business of any liability in this regard.

Participants consent to the use of their likeness in photographs or videos taken during their time at the business for promotional or marketing purposes.

For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian must consent to their participation and acknowledges the waiver's terms on their behalf.

Any legal disputes arising from this waiver will be subject to the laws and jurisdiction of the state or region where the business is located.

Participants confirm that they have read and understood the waiver, and they sign it voluntarily and without duress.
